IntelliTime has teamed with SeamlessDocs to provide integrated online application forms, streamlining the typical process of filling out paper forms and either mailing them or delivering them in person. With this tool, dozens or even hundreds of forms can be brought to life in minutes as online forms in your Citizen Service Portal. Rather than the traditional online PDF that has to be downloaded, completed, printed and sent in via the mail, the IntelliTime Open 311i Forms module can turn your forms into interactive, fillable online forms that can be submitted in real time. Payments via credit card are also included as an option so citizens can receive service online, without being in line at City Hall.
The IntelliTime Open 311i Forms module links each form to the Citizen or Business’ Open 311i CRM profile, so authorized users can see all the online interaction with each user. Links to the CRM profile are made using the unique address, telephone number and email address.
Open 311i Forms all route to the appropriate department in IntelliTime and can be assigned to users for processing. The citizen or business can click on a link in the confirmation email and see the status of their application in real time, saving the time and expense of a call to the 311 center to ask “What is the status of my application?”
